Todd's GTOs does not accept returns on used items, custom-made products or items shipped via truck freight.. All vehicles are sold "as-is" per California state law.

Items returned Todd's GTOs error must be made within 30 days of the purchase. The items must be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork). These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product.” Todd's GTOs will not return or cover the shipping costs.

All items returned require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, contact us with your order number. State the reason for the exchange and the best number to reached. Also, attach any images as necessary. We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an error on our part.

Todd's GTOs will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will Todd's GTOs reimburse for any damages incurred during installation or use of product.

If the above conditions are met, the original credit card used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs and restocking fees. We'll send an email confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account.
