Great reproduction of this extremely clever fitting that the auto industry designed using a flat coil spring as a water flow valve. Unlike the O-Ring style, this coil spring regulates large fluctuations in flow (maintains 5-6 gallons/minute) and is compatible with stamped impellers, cast impellers, high volume pumps, and street/strip performance pumps. Our fitting is CNC machined from 416 stainless, and it incorporate a deeper retaining groove that overcomes desing flaws found in early factory units.
