This is the 2nd design. You can tell the 1st design from the 2nd, as the metal base in the 2nd design has a hole for the wire harness to go through. This is the washer pump a lot of rebuilders are using for the 1968-1972 wiper motor. If using the later style motor, you can use this pump to make it look more like original. Fits 1970-1981 Camaro and Firebird, 1973-1989 A Body, and 1968-1972 Chevelle, Monte Carlo, Cutlass, GTO, Grand Prix, Skylark with later style motor.
